This slope-side condo is located right in the Mt Tremblant resort (map) providing ski on/ski off directly from the building. The Port du Soleil chair lift is a short ski away. The condo is nestled in the quieter part of the resort, but the village and the gondola are just a brisk 5-minute walk or a shuttle ride away. In the summer, you can use the swimming and hot tub, bike, hike, play tennis and golf at Le Diable Golf Course a short 4-minute drive away.
 

Condo Description and Amenities

There is a parking spot and a ski locker in the heated garage. The unit is accessed from the garage by an interior staircase or through the main entrance of the complex.
Condo guests have use of the complex’s swimming pool and hot tub in the summer.

The unit is 2-storeys with large west-facing windows looking out over the mountainside. Cathedral ceilings provide light and spaciousness to the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. A balcony offers an ideal place to grill on the BBQ and sit enjoying nature.

The entryway, with closet, leads into the living space that has hardwood flooring throughout. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, including a sofa bed. Everyone can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, play one of the provided board games, watch cable, Apple TV or a DVD. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The dining room table for up to 6 people is next to the kitchen for easy serving and clean-up.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary cookware, crockery, glassware, cutlery and appliances, including a dishwasher.

There is a bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twin beds and a full bathroom on the main floor. A washer/dryer is located off the hallway.

The entire 2nd floor is given over to the master bedroom and full ensuite bathroom. The space is large enough to include a private cozy seating area next to the windows.

Linens, bedding and towels are provided.

Features

Beautiful Vistas:  This view from our balcony illustrates the beautiful scenery.  The village is just to right of the picture.  Straight ahead is Lake Tremblant. 

Heated pool and whirlpool (summer only):  Exclusive to the Les Hauts-Bois residents and open during the summer.  Just walk up the stairs and take a dip in the heated whirlpool after a long hike or just enjoy the day in the pool with the kids.  Having a pool right outside your doorstep is quite a luxury.

Indoor Parking: The heated indoor underground parking is exclusive to the condo residents. Just park and walk upstairs to the unit.  There is a reserved parking stall for you. You can safely park your vehicle inside, away from the elements of winter and summer.  No plowing out your car at the end of your vacation. 

Shuttle Service: A ski-out path is located right at you doorstep of our garage.  This takes you to the base of the Porte du Soleil chair lift.  Or if you would rather, just take the Navette (free shuttle bus) from the end of our driveway to the Gondola, kids daycare and ski school.  This is very convenient if you have young children.  The Navette runs all year for your convenience.  The schedule varies depending on the seasons.
