Responsibility

We shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged luggage resulting from any consequence beyond its control including, but not limited to, weather, strikes or missed connections of flights due to flight time changes or delay caused by weather, mechanical difficulties or other. The client abandons any claim against us for any reasons resulting in delay, omission, negligence or other fault caused by the bus or air carrier, its agents or employees.  We undertake to supply the services and accommodations contained in this web site.

Rates

Rates quoted herein are in Canadian dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment and Deposit

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking, payable by cheque, money order, or cash. Full and final payment is due 30 days prior to checkin, payable by cash or certified cheque in Canadian funds or US funds based on the daily exchange rate.

Cancellation Charges

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges apply:

• $200 if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in date
• total deposit, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date

Rules

• No smoking (vaping)
• No pets
• No loud music or noise after 11pm due to condo bylaws
• No hard soled shoe due to hardwood floors and condo bylaws

Key Deposit and Lost Key Charge

There is key deposit of $50.00 cash (Canadian currency).  Your deposit will be fully refunded if all the keys are returned.  If a key is lost a charge of $20 per key will be taken at time of check-out.

Refrigerator Contents

We usually keep a supply of condiments in the refrigerator.  Please feel free to use anything in the fridge.  We ask that you replace any supplies that you empty.

Swimming Pool and Whirlpool

The pool and whirlpool is outdoor and is only open during the summer.  Guests have access to the pools during normal operating hours.  The gate to the pool is locked during off-hours.  There is a life guard.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  We assume no liability for injury.

Additional Information

• Linens and towels are included in the price of the unit
• Maid service is supplied after your stay, there is no daily maid service
• Check-in time: 4:00 pm
• Check-out time: 11:00 pm
• Please advise us if checking in later than 6:00 p.m. so that we can make arrangements
• Check-in details will be supplied after final payment
